米粉製造流程

先將米粉置入大鍋攪拌蒸煮成團塊狀,經機器擠壓成一條條細如髮絲的長條狀之後,送進蒸籠繼續蒸煮到熟透後取出,再將熱騰騰的米粉覆蓋著,防止米粉水份蒸發,隨後再用人工搓揉,增口米粉Q嫩的口感,經過一次整型、揉壓後,就可以進行最後的風乾,最後再包裝完成。
